what's black and white and read all over

I stumbled across this trend on tumblr last year, and fell in love with this easy to do design. 

What awesome backwards news print nails like me? Here's how you do it:

1. Paint your nails a light color. White obviously looks like classic newsprint, but any light shade of nail polish will work. Yay for creativity!!
2. After your nail polish dries completely, dip each finger in rubbing alcohol* and then immediately press a piece of news print onto the nail and hold for a few seconds before carefully removing. 
3. Ta Da! Now you have fantastic news print nails! Of course I recommend a top coat if you want it to last long and not chip.

*vodka can be substituted for rubbing alcohol but that obviously depends on whether or not you can think of anything better to do with your vodka...
