If the title of this post, and the robin egg blue of my nails didn't give it away-- this weeks inspiration was Tiffany & Co. I had wanted to pay tribute to this iconic brand for a while now, but had to find the perfect color--something that is pretty challenging considering Tiffany & Co. does not make a Tiffany Blue nail polish of their own. Fortunately for me I came across China Glaze's For Audrey. Not only was it the best match I could find for the classic color, but any polish that pays homage to the fabulous Audrey Hepburn is a definite buy in my book. Tiffany's and Audrey practically go hand in hand. I would be lying if If I said I wasn't planning to don a black dress, sunglasses and some diamonds (real, or fake we'll have to see how successful I am when I cross this one off my bucket-list) and enjoy a coffee and pastry while I window shop at the New York Tiffany's (If you do not understand this reference, please hurry up and click this link and we can pretend it never happened: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JfS90u-1g8). So here I am writing this post, daydreaming about a Tiffany's proposal like in Sweet Home Alabama and listening to Moon River and Deep Blue Something's Breakfast at Tiffany's--not a bad way to start off a Saturday.
